You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email hello@summon.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order email or reference number. We will process the refund within 3–5 business days.
After the 14-day window
Refunds are not available after 14 days from the original purchase date. If you have an exceptional circumstance, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Renewals
Annual subscription renewals are not refundable after 7 days from the renewal date. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Trial period
The 72-hour trial starts after subscribing. You are not charged until the trial ends, so no refund is needed for the trial itself.
